Gianluca Luisi is the CEO of Chongqing Dezhuang International Trading Co., Ltd., who has been living in Chongqing for ten years, during which he has turned into a promoter of Sichuan-Chongqing food from a former diplomat.

He believes that food is the best ambassador, and he hopes to promote the culture of Sichuan and Chongqing to the world by promoting the region's cuisine.  In recent years, he has introduced hundreds of Sichuan-Chongqing cuisines to more than 30 countries and regions. 

He is full of expectations for constructing the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle with great anticipation, and he believes that he can also contribute to this strategy.

He predicted that soon when people talk about China, they won't just think about Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou but also Sichuan and Chongqing.
