Talent Markets for Digital Economy 

The China Chongqing Talent Markets for Digital Economy will become a high-end digital economy talent cultivation base and an important digital economy talent transportation base across the country by 2025.

According to a competent official of Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Chongqing is seizing opportunities, including the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and the Western (Chongqing) Science City, to accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure and develop fields of big data, artificial intelligence, and other industries.

The construction of the China Chongqing Talent Markets for Digital Economy can cultivate and introduce a group of talents in the digital economy and provide a guarantee mechanism of talents as well as intellectual support for the development of the digital economy industry.

Focusing on the creation of a high-level innovative talent highland, the reform and development of higher education, regionally coordinated development, talent construction and services, scientific breakthroughs and talent training, etc., Wang Shuguo, president of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Yao Shujie, professor of Chongqing University, and Xue Qikun, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and president of Southern University of Science and Technology, etc. delivered their keynote speeches after the ceremony.
