Chongqing-2021-2022 Musical Bayu·Dancing Mountain City "China Radio and Television Night" New Year's Eve Concert will be held at the Kaiser Palace Theater in Happy Valley, Chongqing from 21:00 on December 31 to 00:30 on January 1, 2022.

The concert innovatively integrates ballet, standard dance, symphony, and art songs. The audience can experience the exciting moment of the flag-raising ceremony on the day of the founding of the People's Republic of China in "Ode to the Red Flag," the great struggle against darkness and cruelty in "Nobody Sleeps Tonight," the eternal love in "Blessings of Love," and greet the arrival of spring in the "New Year's Eve in Vienna." Various art forms are combined here, coexisting in harmony.

With the help of the Chongqing Broadcasting Group's high-tech video cloud platform, a variety of high-tech video scenes are integrated into online content. What's more, the performance is provided with full-angle and ultra-high-definition filming through the cable TV system to realize Livestream.
The audience can use a TV screen or mobile phone to enjoy the wonderful performances of the masters in ultra-high-definition; they can also use multi-view scenes to freely switch between different perspectives such as the grand panorama of the stage and the subtle expressions of the actors to gain an immersive, deeply involved experience. This is the first time in Chongqing to bring a brand new audio-visual experience.

When it comes to Chongqing, the first things that came into people's minds are 8D, magical city, and hot pot, but few people mentioned Chongqing's art. At the press conference, the iChongqing reporter was informed that this year's New Year's Eve concert is so valued to prove to the world: Chongqing has diverse art culture. Wu Jun, the Ballet Director, called it an icebreaker." we rejected China's Got Talent (a popular variety show in China) for this year's concert. After leaving Chongqing, my hometown, for 30 years, I was impressed by the progress Chongqing made in the art field. We try to integrate all the resources to present a wonderful performance. This is the first time in Chongqing to get rid of the dependence on the traditional perspective of directors and bring a brand new audio-visual experience."
