Chongqing- A Bridge Engineering Aesthetics Forum was held in Chongqing on December 14. The basic principles of bridge-building are safety, applicability, economy, and beauty. The Bridge Engineering Aesthetics Forum is the sub-activities of the 2021 Bridge and Tunnel Development Technology Innovation Conference and Bridge and Tunnel Innovation Achievement Exhibition.

This event coincided with the 70th anniversary of Chongqing Jiaotong University. Leaders and experts from national transportation authorities, design, construction, equipment, materials, and Chongqing Jiaotong University alumni, gathered for the event and exchanged ideas.
