Chongqing- The exhibition of famous Chinese artist Xu Beihong's classic works themed with artistic uniqueness and greatness opened on December 19 at the Peon Art Museum Chongqing located in Jiangbei District Chongqing.

This exhibition combines the historical collection, historical documents, real-world restorations, technological interaction, and virtual exhibition. Twenty-two pieces of Xu Beihong's precious such as Galloping Horses, Cows, and The Poor Women of Ba were showcased.
Many viewers stopped and watched carefully in front of Xu Beihong's masterpiece in the exhibition hall.

"The lines of the horse's legs are strong and powerful, and the arcs of the abdomen, buttocks, and tail of the mane are very flexible and dynamic." Xu Ji, the grandson of Xu Beihong and curator of the exhibition, was introduced to the audience.
"The horse in the painting coming in gallop, head high into the sky, hoofed like flying, full of inspiring power," Xu added.

This exhibition also displays for the first time two self-portraits of Xu Beihong and two portraits of his wife, Liao Jingwen, which attracted many audiences to stop and watch. "We want to use this special way to let Xu Beihong and Liao Jingwen'meet' beyond time and space," Xu said.
Next, Jiangbei District will create Xu Beihong's cultural and artistic district and create a new business card for urban culture.

According to the organizer, the exhibition will last until February 18, 2022, of which professional audiences will view the exhibition from December 19 to 23, and it will be open to the public for free from December 24.
