Recently the Babashi Enterprise Service Cloud Platform, a digital transformation service complex for SMEs built by Banan District Chongqing, was officially launched recently. The platform can provide enterprises with comprehensive one-stop services like financial services, access to policies, talent and technological innovation, and appealing response, representing a big step forward made by Banan District in creating a first-class digital business environment, promoting the digital transformation of local enterprises, and accelerating the high-quality development of the local economy.

Based on the scientific data of government affairs, industries, and enterprises collected in compliance with the regulations, the platform adopts big data, and intelligent means to establish accurate enterprise profiles categorizes and analyzes enterprises' concerns and needs, and provides accurate and efficient "one-stop services." In this way, it further expands the coverage of enterprise services, improves the timeliness and effectiveness of measures to benefit and help enterprises, and helps local enterprises cope with the new downward pressure on economic development.

In recent years, Banan District has strived to progress in creating a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment. As a result, it introduced another 18,577 market entities in 2021, with a growth rate of 20.27%. One hundred four investment projects were newly signed, with 30.17 billion yuan of paid-in investment, making Banan rank in the forefront of the city in the comprehensive investment promotion index. The demonstration zone for the national social credit system was completed and included in the "Top Ten Innovation Cases of Optimizing Business Environment in Chongqing."
At the activity site, the signing ceremony of the tripartite agreement on Bashidai financing products was held in conjunction with the on-site loan issuance ceremony of the online financial sector.
