Chongqing - The old street, located on Chongwen Road, Nan'an District, is poised to receive visitors, a form of pilgrimage taking a spiritual tour. 

Stepping outside after the spring rain, residents can walk into the serenity and explore the memories of the old street.

Lush greenery views

In March, Huangge Ancient Road is quietly turning green. The sun shines on the stone road through the green forest, with the swaying shadows of the trees. People can enjoy the tranquil moment of the old road, bathing in the subtle changes between the light and shadow.

The ancient road is built on the mountain. Winding along the stone road like an ancient giant's fine fingers, the old trees on both sides are playfully intertwined, and the green vines cascade like waterfalls flowing into the eyes.

Standing on the glass corridor of the forest trail, it seems that you can touch this lush green as soon as you stretch out your hand. Take a deep breath!

old buildings 

Walk all along the ancient road to the middle of the mountain, and visitors can come to the Huangjueya old street. There are small scattered buildings on both sides of the road. Looking around, the blue bricks and black tiles are full of antique charm.

On the old street stands Guizhou Chamber of Commerce, Kong Xiangyuan, and other unique Bayu dwellings and former residences of celebrities. Every place can be compared to a thick book, with many stories worth telling.

There is also a hanfu and cheongsam experience store on the old street, allowing visitors to try on the ancient style.

Slow life

There seems to be an invisible wall between the old street and the city. Outside the wall is the hustle and bustle of the city, and inside is peaceful slow life.

Young people are always willing to find a day to walk on the old streets. Away from the clutter of urban life, they look for the rich history and humanistic atmosphere here.

If you are tired of walking, you can chill out at the Hanlin Kung-fu Ice Teahouse, where the panda milk tea can melt away the tiredness of climbing and rejuvenate you for the walk home.
