Chongqing - The Hanfu enthusiasts that wear traditional Chinese costumes stroll around parks in downtown Chongqing in the Spring. They are dressed in sweeping robes with wide sleeves and crossed collars, embroidered with butterflies, flowers, and traditional patterns with elaborate make-up and intricate headpieces that define Hanfu fashion.

Third Hanfu Culture Flower Festival

More than 300 Hanfu lovers from different districts and counties in Chongqing have recently participated in the third Hanfu Culture Flower Festival.

In addition to the Hanfu parade and theatrical performances, it also hosted some interactive projects such as the Chinese style market, Hanfu cultural experience, etiquette culture lecture, and traditional shadow play.

Li Peng, a 27-year-old Hanfu enthusiast, didn't expect that "fairies" with fluttering colorful clothes often appear at the parks. Dressed in Hanfu, some are playing the guzheng, a Chinese plucked zither, and playing the sword, some walking with an umbrella, the others wearing flowers and willows. "It is very beautiful."
