Chongqing- On June 18, the Citizens Shoot Chongqing event was held in Nanan District, downtown Chongqing. Photographers, photography enthusiasts, and citizens from all the districts and counties of Chongqing took part in the event of recording the wonderful moments of a 24-hour day in Chongqing.

Planned by Chongqing Daily News Group, the event has been held for five consecutive sessions since 2017. With the increasing number of participants and works, it has significantly influenced the photography industry. Photographers and the general public in Chongqing actively participate in this mass cultural activity every year, creating many excellent works that document the development and changes of Chongqing and record the touching stories and warm moments that happen around them. This year's photography event also set up a branch in Qijiang District for the first time.

The organizers also launched the Chongqing youth photography Campaign and awarded the "Visual Chongqing - Youth Photographer Group."

The "Vision Chongqing - Youth Photographer Group" members are all teenagers who participated in the Chongqing Youth Photography Campaign. After the establishment of the group, these teenagers will join other photography enthusiasts in the city to go into the Guoyuan Port, Tuanjie Village, Guangyang Isle, and other landmarks and use the unique perspective of teenagers to record the magnificent scenery of Chongqing, as well as to show the struggle of the people in Chongqing to promote high-quality development and create high-quality life.
