On July 6, the event's launching ceremony of the 13th China Yangtze River Three Gorges International Tourism Festival and Travel to the Three Gorges by High-speed Railway was held in Wanzhou District. Focusing on the theme of the Magnificent Yangtze River to Create the Three Gorges, there are also other activities of customer-beneficial and high-speed themed travel routes. In addition, the 13th China Yangtze River Three Gorges International Tourism Festival will last until July 11.

During the festival, many other events and activities will present features of the Three Gorges. For example, the Concert of World Great Rivers will allow tourists and visitors to enjoy the magnificent images of the Yangtze River composed by well-known domestic and foreign performing artists and choruses. The 2022 Yangtze River Three Gorges Regional Tourism Cooperation conference between Chongqing and Hubei will comprehensively summarize the achievements of cooperation and development in the two cities in 2021-2022. Also, the conference will discuss and propose cooperation between Chongqing and Hubei, promoting resources and customer source sharing as well as the market co-construction along the Three Gorges.
