Chongqing- On the occasion of the 4th Western China International Fair of Investment and Trade, iChongqing has released a series of short videos entitled “Chongqing of the World” to share the expansion of Chongqing’s open channels, the optimization of the open environment, the upgrading of its open platforms, and the improvement of its open economy.

Let’s see how the people of Chongqing build “Chongqing of China” into “Chongqing of the world”!

Under the theme of “Sharing a brighter future,” the 4th WCIFIT is held online and offline, with special exhibitions, summit forums, and investment and trade activities. Mexico serves as the guest country, and Sichuan Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region are the guest provinces. There are 12 exhibition halls with an exhibition scale of 160,000 square meters.

This year, the WCIFIT focuses on building an opening-up platform for endeavors of the western region and highlighting coordinated cooperation, enriching the joint development of the west region. It publicizes the countries' competitive industries and investment environment along the Belt and Road and sister provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities.

The advanced technologies, products, and equipment of multinational companies, state-owned enterprises, and well-known private enterprises will be on display to promote cross-region, multi-dimensional and cross-sector exchanges and cooperation.
