As Chongqing's first comprehensive software industrial park and comprehensive pilot demonstration zone for opening-up of the service industry, Chongqing Software Park has cultivated some digital trade enterprises.
According to Sun Pihong, president of Chongqing Software Park and deputy secretary-general of the China Internet of Things Industry Alliance, the industrial park has brought together nearly 100 game and animation companies, forming an entire supply chain of game production, including R&D, display, and distribution.
"A key focus of Chongqing Software Park is digital content, automotive software, and other sub-sectors, which help promote investment, introduce leading companies and cultivate the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises," said Sun Pihong.
In addition, for talents, Chongqing Software Park has also established Chongqing Software Park Industry and Talent College, held various talent activities with brand influence, and provided professional services for the industry.

To promote the RCEP digital trade development, Chongqing Software Park fully utilizes the advantages of platform resources, with a focus on industrial directions and subdivisions,
"At the same time, with the help of RCEP, Chongqing Software Park will use artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing technology to guide enterprises in developing international digital trade," Sun Pihong said.
Chongqing has close ties with RCEP member states in terms of foreign trade. In 2021, Chongqing imported and exported 236.81 billion yuan with other 14 RCEP member states, accounting for 29.6% of the total foreign trade value.
