Chongqing was awarded the "World's Top 10 Travel Destinations" and the "World's 10 Most Promising Travel Destinations" by international travel magazines and won the "Red Coral" award for tourism in Asia in 2019 as one of the top 10 most popular cultural tourism destinations in the world.
