Chongqing- As if 2020 and 2021 weren’t unpredictable and challenging enough, 2022 proved to be a more eventful year: from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic to worsening climate change, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and worldwide inflation and energy shortage. Prior to joining the Milken Institute, William Lee was managing director and head of North American economics for Citigroup. Before Citi, Lee was deputy division chief at the International Monetary Fund.
