The "Strengthening Systematic Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage and Promoting Sustainable Development" event combines offline exhibitions with online broadcasts.

Exciting activities include ICH parades, performances, a marketplace for heritage products, an educational initiative named "To Be a Little Inheritor," and a photo exhibition called "Tour of Intangible Cultural Heritages." The goal is to incorporate intangible cultural heritage into modern life.

During the opening ceremony, Chongqing will present the first batch of "Preferred Projects for the Integration of Intangible Cultural Heritage and Tourism Development." These routes and programs harmonize heritage and tourism, symbolizing Chinese traditional culture. By safeguarding intangible cultural heritage, the programs deepen its link with tourism.

This year's main event showcases 180 heritage and time-honored brand projects. Exhibitions focus on creating immersive experiences with increased interactivity.

Seven distinct exhibition zones provide a comprehensive experience. Four vibrant display heritage: Tasty Intangible Cultural Heritages, Intangible Cultural Heritage Crafts, Appreciate Intangible Cultural Heritages, and Time-Honored Brands Exhibition.

Also, students are invited to the educational program "To Be a Little Inheritor," learning traditional crafts and opera performance skills on-site. This allows participants to appreciate the allure of intangible cultural heritage firsthand.
