A Canadian’s Discovery Tour of Chinese Modernization②|A Migratory Bird Paradise

Chongqing - In this episode, Jorah Kai Wood, Canadian author and teacher living in China's Chongqing, comes to Guangyang Isle and interacts closely with flora and fauna; he also watches migratory birds crossing together with bird-watching enthusiasts in Chongqing through binoculars and camera lenses.

Thanks in part to the tireless efforts of environmental engineers, Chongqing has become a thriving eco-system for migratory birds.

The recovery of high-quality wetlands has led to an increase in the number of migratory birds passing through the region with over 100 different species now calling Chongqing home.
