Chongqing - In the wake of heavy rainfall leading to floods and geological disasters in Chongqing, a sprawling metropolis in southwest China, the government and diverse rescue forces initiated swift and decisive responses. Immediate emergency operations were launched to mitigate flood damage and safeguard people's lives and property.
