Chongqing - On September 4, the Smart China Expo 2023 opened in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality. 

Nine enterprises from Liangping District showcased their remarkable achievements in intelligent manufacturing, including automotive electronics, new energy vehicles, and automotive components.

Liangping District has gained prestigious recognition as a National High-tech Industrialization Base for Power Semiconductor Packaging and Testing, as well as the Chongqing Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated Industrial Park.

The district is home to several automotive electronics enterprises, such as Pingwei Industrial, Pingwei Optoelectronics, Jieshilishi Display, Yuanhong Optoelectronics, Tiansheng Electronics, Mingzheng Electronics, Xuanheng Electronics, and Baiquan Electronics. These enterprises offer a diverse range of over 30 electronic components, semiconductors, diodes, and more. Their products find wide applications in new energy vehicles, laptops, smartphones, home appliances, security systems, and various other industries.

Statistics indicate that Liangping District has successfully implemented more than 100 projects focused on intelligent transformation. As a result, the district has successfully established 14 digital workshops and four intelligent factories, securing rankings of 19th and 9th respectively, in Chongqing's overall standings.
