Cooperate with Singapore to launch a pioneering tech lab

The recent collaboration with Singapore is a testament to China's prowess and commitment to technical exchange. On October 12, the National University of Singapore (NUS), the NUS (Chongqing) Research Institute, and Chongqing Chang'an Automobile Co., Ltd. agreed to launch a pioneering tech lab cooperation scheme.

The accord zeroes in on pioneering tech advancements, pooling their expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent vehicles, information and communication technology (ICT), and new energy batteries.

This venture exemplifies a seamless blend of industry demands, cutting-edge innovation, and academic prowess. It aims to fuel the industry's momentum through this synergistic approach.

Xu Qingji, Deputy Director of the NUS (Chongqing) Research Institute, believes that the institute's contributions, particularly in new energy vehicles and tech prowess, will complement Chongqing's robust technical foundations. The goal is to spark a convergence of talent and scientific innovation.
