Chongqing - As the spring season ushers in new beginnings, over three million primary and secondary students in Chongqing embarked on their educational journey, greeted by a fusion of tradition and innovation at their schools. The excitement was palpable on February 18 as students across the city stepped into their classrooms, ready to start a new chapter.

The spirit of community and cultural appreciation was mirrored at Chaoyang Primary School in Beibei District, where students engaged in traditional activities like crossing the "Dragon Gate" and solving lantern riddles. These activities enriched their sense of belonging and connected them to their cultural roots, making for a memorable start to the semester.

At Yubei Bashu Primary School, the focus was on embodying the spirit of the New Year and looking forward to the semester ahead. The school's brigade ceremonial team presented unique welcoming slogans, showcasing the pride and aspirations of Bashu's young stewards.

Yunjin Primary School in the Liangjiang New Area took a different approach, emphasizing scientific inquiry from day one.
