Chongqing - Despite its inland location, Chongqing, a prominent automotive hub, is swiftly expanding its exports using intelligent logistics, strengthening its global presence.
Liao Jiahua, Deputy General Manager of Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics Co., Ltd., discussed the strong growth of intelligent logistics services. The company has established long-term cooperative relations with nearly one thousand domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers, raw material suppliers, and spare parts suppliers.
During the interview, Liao said that the company leveraged big data, AI, and Beidou navigation for real-time transportation monitoring and package regulation. This has resulted in an "express-style" logistics experience and a 6% reduction in packaging loss.
Liao also unveiled a plan for digital, intelligent, and eco-friendly product R&D. He expressed the company's ambition to empower various industries, including automobile manufacturing and consumer electronics, through integrated logistics solutions.
Liu Yong, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Logistics Group, emphasized innovative strategies to integrate international logistics corridors and initiate export services for public car transportation.
Liu emphasized the impact of the China Railway Express and the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor in boosting efficiency. He noted that transit times have been cut from 30 days to 15, with the potential to reduce further to just ten days.
In the future, the China Railway Express aims to enhance global connectivity by opening more international channels, particularly towards Central Asia.
