Xiong Ailun, Director of HR Management at Chongqing Technology and Business University, noted in an interview with Bridging News that increased government focus on productive services and AI applications across industries creates new job roles.

AI trainers, a new profession, are poised to become essential in HR services. They handle AI training data, optimize algorithms, and design human-machine interactions. Xiong highlighted that AI trainers offer a major opportunity for the industry, improving service efficiency and quality, thereby increasing sector revenue.
AI technology can improve HR services by analyzing large datasets and using machine learning to optimize recruitment and talent evaluation. This allows for more precise candidate selection, shorter recruitment cycles, and higher success rates, enhancing service efficiency.
AI trainers are crucial for technical support and comprehensive solutions. These high-efficiency, advanced services will help HR firms stand out in a competitive market, attract more clients, and drive revenue growth.
Xiong said that HR service firms in Chongqing must undergo comprehensive digital transformation to utilize AI technology and AI trainers fully. Professor Xiong advises companies to gather and analyze large amounts of data digitally and convert these insights into actionable strategies.
Companies must train AI trainers to ensure they have technical skills and industry knowledge. Additionally, they should prioritize technological innovation by using data analysis and research teams to uncover patterns and develop scientific decision-making processes.
Xiong observes that while AI technology may replace some traditional roles, it will also generate new job opportunities. Although AI can provide various solutions, final optimization and integration still require human decision-making. This shift requires companies and clients to adjust and upgrade to meet new demands.
Xiong also noted that the Belt and Road Initiative has boosted international trade, leading to more enterprises and individuals entering foreign markets. This trend has increased the demand for international talent, especially in recruiting and managing cross-cultural and global business professionals. Consequently, HR service providers now have a new growth opportunity.
HR firms must provide specialized support in international talent acquisition, helping companies recruit and manage individuals with global business skills. This aids market entry and promotes growth in the HR service industry.
