Chongqing’s Two-River Cruise Highlights Nighttime Splendor for CMIA Advisors

Chongqing - On the evening of September 26, advisors participating in the 18th Meeting of the Chongqing Mayor's International Economic Advisory Council (CMIA) embarked on the "Changhang Chaotian Xinghe" cruise, enjoying stunning night views along the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers.

Among the attendees was a Japanese delegate from Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., who praised Hongyadong as "as beautiful as a scene from Spirited Away," marveling at its unique charm.

The Two-River Cruise is considered the best way to experience Chongqing's vibrant nightscape, showcasing its dynamic skyline. The 45- to 60-minute tour covers 16 to 20 kilometers, passing landmarks such as Hongyadong, Qiansimen Bridge, Chaotianmen, Raffles City, and Nanbin Road. This blend of landscapes and night views captures the city's true essence.

The 18th CMIA, held from September 26 to 27, featured a brainstorming session with 38 executives from Fortune 500 companies and major multinationals. Notable new advisors included Bertrand Stoltz from STMicroelectronics and KAM Hing Lam from CK Asset Holdings Limited. Key activities during the event encompassed leadership meetings, thematic discussions, and visits to Chongqing's central business districts.

The evening cruise showcased Chongqing's mesmerizing nighttime skyline and provided CMIA advisors with a unique setting to foster collaboration and exchange innovative ideas. This memorable experience underscores Chongqing's role as a dynamic and welcoming hub for international economic partnerships.
