On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Global Vision conducted a special interview with Professor Colin Mackerras, Fellow of the Australian Academy of the Humanities and the Academy of the Social Sciences and a recipient of the Chinese Government Friendship Award. 

Mackerras praised China's remarkable achievements over the past 75 years, highlighting its strides in economic development, social progress, living standards, and international influence. He further emphasized that, within the broader context of a multipolar world, the rise of BRICS nations and the waning dominance of the U.S. dollar represent enduring global shifts. These trends, he suggested, will shape the future of international relations for years to come.
