The 15th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition, otherwise known as Airshow China, opened in Zhuhai on November 12. During the event, CASC announced the signing of over 70 major agreements and intentions with government agencies, local authorities, industry users, and company representatives. The agreements, valued at nearly 60 billion yuan (about 8.31 billion U.S. dollars), set a new record in the company's partnership initiatives.

The deals cover three main sectors: space technology, defense, and aerospace applications. Key projects in the space sector include collaborations on meteorological, marine, communication, and remote-sensing satellites, as well as on launch services and commercial space initiatives. Defense agreements focus on exporting key equipment, while the aerospace technology applications segment encompasses agreements in commercial space, low-altitude economy, advanced equipment, and strategic emerging industries such as hydrogen energy.

Notably, Chongqing’s relevant governmental departments signed an agreement with CASC's 9th Academy to establish a “Low-Altitude Flight Demonstration Zone” in Chongqing, marking a significant step toward advancing the region’s low-altitude economic development. This collaboration aims to leverage aerospace technology to strengthen Chongqing’s low-altitude safety management and expand applications in the low-altitude economy, fostering a cooperative model that supports innovation and elevates the city’s role in strategic emerging industries.

The 15th Airshow China also featured nearly 200 high-tech achievements from CASC, including the Chang’e-6 lunar probe, the Long March 8A, and the Long March 12 rockets, with approximately 150 exhibits making their debut. Highlights included the Long March 6C, Long March 8A, Long March 12 rockets, commercial rocket engines, Dongfanghong-4E satellite platform, commercial satellite operation systems, integrated low-altitude solutions, unmanned cargo aircraft, and automated drone systems.

Among the exhibits in space technology, CASC showcased notable advancements such as the Chang’e-6 probe, the Queqiao-2 satellite, heavy-lift launch vehicles, and reusable rockets and engines, illustrating breakthroughs in China’s ambitious space missions and reusable rocket technology.
