Since joining Chartmetric in September 2024, Ruijingya has led the design of a groundbreaking music-scouting platform that quantifies artists' scores. This platform has earned recognitions such as the Muse Creative Awards and the New York Design Awards and has drawn high praise from industry giants, including Spotify, Sony Music, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Deezer, Creative Artists Agency, Believe Music, and Apple's independent artist label, Platoon. Her work has simplified the account cancellation process, improving user trust and retention, and introduced personalized entertainment features like "Farewell Gifts" and "Journey Recap."

Chartmetric recognized Ruijingya’s potential during her internship and further witnessed her exceptional skills at its San Mateo office. There, she spearheaded the competitive research and design of the Chartmetric Advertising Platform and ensured the seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities by rigorously testing Meta and TikTok APIs. She also designed an innovative influencer discovery platform, enabling record labels and artist managers to efficiently identify compatible influencers—a solution that has garnered widespread praise from clients.

Ruijingya’s professional journey began at Babyscripts in Somerville, Massachusetts, where she served as an Interaction Designer from 2022 to 2023. She developed user flows and interfaces for both B2B web platforms and B2C mobile applications, streamlining the monitoring of pregnancy blood pressure data for over 200,000 expectant mothers across 30 states. Her earlier work includes "Memory Land," a mobile app launched in June 2023 that uses AI to help users create virtual memorial scenes to honor their loved ones. The app has won several prestigious international design awards, including the London Design Awards.

Ruijingya's dedication, creativity, and passion for design continue to make significant contributions to the fields of product design and user experience. In the future, Ruijingya plans to dedicate herself to the design of music-related design, given her design experiences in Chartmetric. "For me, design is far from being the solution to everything, but it is the answer to some parts of everything. To me, that's enough of a well-scoped starting point to make the world a better place," says the young rising designer.
