In addition to the overseas Chinese community, food bloggers from the United States, Canada, Australia, Thailand, and Ukraine attended. They shared the experience live on social media platforms with audiences worldwide, immersing themselves in the festive atmosphere and capturing the essence of Chinese New Year and the unique culinary culture of Chongqing.

"360 Bowls of Chongqing Flavors" is a collection of local specialty dishes selected through a city-wide competition involving district and county nominations, online voting, expert reviews, and comprehensive evaluations. These dishes represent the best of Chongqing's culinary heritage.

Notably, on January 20, "360 Bowls of Chongqing Flavors" made its international debut at a promotional event held at the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) headquarters in Madrid, Spain. This marked the first time Chongqing's signature dishes were prepared and showcased abroad, inviting guests from around the world to taste the region's unique flavors.

The newly renovated Hong'En Fang food street combines dining, culture, and tourism. It features a cultural performance area, a hot pot zone, a Chongqing cuisine museum, and a VR experience center. The shops offer a unique consumption model blending culture, experience, and cuisine, immersing visitors in Chongqing's rich culinary traditions.

The street is a vibrant mix of steaming food stalls and a traditional Chinese New Year market. Visitors can purchase festive items like couplets, calligraphy, paper cuttings, candied haws, and hot pot seasonings, reflecting the region's rich cultural heritage.

Currently, several well-known local eateries, including Jiangjin Suancai Fish, also called as hot and sour fish soup with pickled mustard green, Fengdu Spicy Chicken, and Rongchang Noodles, have already set up shop on the street, offering a taste of Chongqing's diverse culinary landscape all in one place.
