Chongqing - The WTT Chongqing Champions 2025 came to a thrilling close on March 16, with China's Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha crowned as the men's and women's singles champions, respectively. The event, held at the Huaxi LIVE·Yudong Stadium in Chongqing, drew a packed crowd, buzzing with excitement as the world's top table tennis players battled for glory.

Sun Yingsha delivered a dominant performance in the women's singles final, defeating her teammate Chen Xingtong 4-0 to claim the title. Reflecting on her victory, Sun said, "I'll go back and review this tournament. There were good and not-so-good moments, but the most important thing now is to rest well."

The men's singles final featured a thrilling showdown between Wang Chuqin and Lin Shidong. After five hard-fought matches, Wang secured a 4-1 victory. "My performance here exceeded my expectations," Wang said. "After the Asian Cup (ITTF-ATTU Asian Cup), my confidence has grown, and I've become more mentally mature. I approached the final as a challenger, and it paid off."
