Chongqing - The city's greenway system connects its iconic landscape of mountains and rivers with the everyday well-being of its residents. In recent years, Chongqing’s urban greenway network has continued to evolve, becoming a vital “green artery” supporting the city’s high-quality development.
To highlight the unique charm of the mountain city and further enhance urban livability, the Chongqing Mountain City Greenway Visual Identification System and Slogan Collection Campaign was officially launched on March 25. The campaign is now open to the public for submissions of design proposals and slogans.

The campaign is divided into two categories: the visual identification system and the greenway slogan. All submissions should be positive, uplifting, and forward-looking, aligning with the greenway’s values. Entries should have a clear theme, be visually appealing, and easy to recognize.
For the signage design, the creative concept must align with the logo and reflect the unique character of Chongqing as a mountain city. The system should convey consistent information and visual harmony while blending naturally with the surrounding environment.
Design specifications should emphasize modularity and a streamlined structure. Submissions should take into account cost-effectiveness, durability, safety, and ease of mass production, installation, and future maintenance. All materials must be safe, sturdy, and hazard-free.
The slogan should reflect the spirit of the greenway, capturing Chongqing’s rich culture while showcasing the project's distinctiveness. It should express contemporary relevance and an international outlook, resonate with public sentiment, and inspire broad engagement. The ideal slogan will be poetic, meaningful, catchy, memorable, and powerful in both tone and message.
The event is open to everyone—individuals, organizations, students in design-related fields, professionals, and enthusiasts are all encouraged to participate.
