Chongqing - On March 25, at an exclusive art preview in Shanghai, the highly anticipated Avatr 012 made its debut before a select audience of owners and industry elites, including Chinese tennis world champion Li Na.

Limited to only 700 units worldwide, this luxury electric vehicle results from a collaboration led by former Dior Design Director Kim Jones. He explained that the design concept was inspired by the simplicity and elegance of his own home. “The exterior resembles the façade of my house, and the interior reflects the furnishings within.”

Chief Designer Nader Faghihzadeh emphasized the vehicle’s distinct design philosophy, describing it as “a statement of simplicity and a testament to originality.”

The Shanghai event brought together a star-studded lineup, including world tennis champion Li Na, renowned Chinese host Li Xiang, and celebrated architect Ma Qingyun. 

Li Na shared her thoughts on choosing the vehicle: "Tennis is the true trendsetter in sports. On the court, players effortlessly display power and beauty, much like this car's immediate, captivating appeal.” Her endorsement underscores the vehicle’s allure as a sophistication and high-end design symbol.

The evening’s proceedings concluded uniquely when a celebrity owner bid farewell to the audience with a graceful song, adding a cultural flourish that perfectly encapsulated the event’s creative spirit.
