Shenzhen—The 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF), the country's largest cultural expo, kicked off on May 22nd in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It featured over 120,000 cultural products from more than 6,000 exhibitors.
This year's event highlights eight themed pavilions blending film production, Artificial Intelligence, intangible cultural heritage, and trendy pop art. Internet influencers like Sophie have lauded the expo's dynamic offerings. Highlights include Siegfried's interactive educational crafts from Austria, Ziad's tech-driven reimagining of ancient Egyptian culture, and William Szeto's fusion of fashion, comics, and time-honored brands in the Hong Kong pavilion, which is a photo-worthy replica featuring iconic characters LABUBU and Molly of Pop Mart.
The core exhibition area expanded to 3,000 square meters, spotlighting cutting-edge cultural innovations that merge technology and creativity.
