The 2025 Singapore-Chongqing Week, co-organised by the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government and Singapore’s Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI), marks a major milestone in bilateral ties. Held in conjunction with the 60th anniversary of Singapore’s independence, the 35th anniversary of China-Singapore diplomatic relations, and the 10th anniversary of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity, the event showcases the depth of cooperation between the two regions.

This will be followed by a Chongqing Promotion Event and an official introduction to the Singapore-Chongqing Week program and a presentation of the second batch of featured brands under the “China, an Opportunity: Chongqing Brands” initiative.
