By DENG, NAN|Apr 16,2026

Hong Kong – The fourth InnoEX opened on April 13 in Hong Kong, bringing together more than 550 exhibitors from 21 countries and regions. Under the theme “Innovate · Automate · Elevate,” the four-day event features world-class technology solutions, AI applications, electronics, and a series of forums, seminars, and business-matching sessions aimed at fostering global collaboration and trade.

This year’s expo features a dedicated Chongqing pavilion showcasing eight hard-tech enterprises. The pavilion highlights the city’s growing capabilities in fundamental research, digital technology, intelligent manufacturing, and aerospace, while supporting innovation exchange and industrial cooperation between Chongqing and Hong Kong.

Robotics and AI Take Center Stage

Among the showcased innovations, Chongqing DIMA Robotics is demonstrating waterless cleaning robots. “The robot is designed to make cleaning smarter, more efficient, and much easier to maintain,” said Cui Xiaojia, Global Business Development Manager at Aoting Bots. “We have already expanded to more than 20 countries and are looking forward to finding more partners around the world. Today is going very well – many people are interested in our solutions.”

Life-Saving Wearable and Aerospace Developments

Tokenstring (Chongqing) Digital Technology introduced its “Sola Ring” wearable device, which the company says can predict heart attacks and strokes in advance.
“Sola Ring can predict heart attacks and strokes 24 hours in advance,” said Elena, Business Director of Tokenstring. “Through this exhibition, we hope to expand our international market.”

In aerospace, Zonsen General Aviation Technologies also presented its latest developments. “We are the 2nd largest (small and medium-sized) aircraft engines maker in the world,” said Anson, Senior Manager at the company. “We have customers in Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia. The market is growing every year.”

CISDI Information Technology (Chongqing), a major engineering service provider, also highlighted its global expansion. “CISDI is the largest engineering service provider in China and one of the largest in the world,” said Xu Ke, Senior Engineer at CISDI. “We set up our overseas business department in 2024, and we have now entered Vietnam, Indonesia, and the United Kingdom.”

Building a Cross‑Border Life and Health Hub

Jinfeng Laboratory, a major research institution in Chongqing, views InnoEX as a platform for international collaboration. “In terms of smart pathology and stem cells, Jinfeng Laboratory is a key platform in China,” said Xu Xiang, Director of the Science & Technology Cooperation Department at the laboratory. “We plan to collaborate with universities and research institutions to establish a Chongqing-Hong Kong Life and Health Center in Hong Kong. We hope to bring new development to Hong Kong’s life and health sector. InnoEX is an open window that connects us to the world. We want to bring outstanding resources to Chongqing and also share our achievements with the world.”

International Buyers See Strong Potential

Global buyers at the expo expressed confidence in Chinese technology solutions. Daniel Sarosi, CEO of OpenBind, praised the flexibility and quality of the products on display. “We have been researching robotic cleaning solutions and conducting market research in Canada and Germany,” he said. “We are very interested in bringing these products to market. I think the robot is good – it has three brush methods. The manual mode works well. I tested it, and it looks like a high-quality product.”

He added, “What is exciting about China is that there are many solution providers. They are very flexible in how they integrate software with hardware. They are always open to different business models and different technology stacks. I think that makes them very well-suited for overseas expansion. There is definitely potential for us to cooperate with Chongqing DIMA Robotics.”

Additionally, Chongqing Pingwei Enterprise, Chongqing Tianjian Inertial Technology, and Partner Robotics are also showcasing their products and technologies at the InnoEx. InnoEX continues through April 16, offering a platform for global innovation, investment, and cross-border partnerships.
