Chongqing - In the summer of 2025, a collaborative production team from Western China International Communication Organization and Danish music producer Rasmus Hedegaard ventured deep into nine provinces and regions across Western China, immersing themselves in the daily lives of ten ethnic groups, all in pursuit of creating the documentary series Western China's Melody.
