Chongqing – In the summer of 2025, a collaborative production team from the Western China International Communication Organization and Danish music producer Rasmus Hedegaard traveled across nine provinces and regions in western China, immersing themselves in the daily lives of ten ethnic groups to create the documentary series Western China's Melody. Blending the soul of ancient folk songs with the pulse of modern electronic beats, the series unfolds as a musical journey that invites the world to hear the most authentic and heartfelt rhythms of western China.
