Chongqing — Organised by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and spearheaded and funded by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, the 3rd Hong Kong Fashion Fest will run from 1 to 14 Sep.

Spanning two weeks, this flagship Asian fashion showcase will highlight Hong Kong's unique appeal as Asia's fashion capital and one of the world's most competitive cities. Boasting an unprecedented lineup, this year's fest features a record-breaking slate of thematic sessions and runway shows. Bringing together more than 300 local and international design studios and six industry associations, the event will present eight flagship programmes at cultural landmarks and fashion venues across Hong Kong.

As one of the flagship programmes of the 3rd Hong Kong Fashion Fest, CENTRE STAGE - the annual flagship fashion gala for Asia's fashion industry organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) - will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from 2 to 5 September. Boasting a robust brand line-up, this year's edition encompasses seven thematic zones and brings together exhibitors representing 24 countries and regions. It will showcase the dynamism and global clout of Hong Kong's fashion sector, while underscoring Hong Kong's pivotal role as a hub for international cultural exchange and trade.

Smilely Lam Yuk-fung, Vice-President of HKTDC, noted that as CEN-TRESTAGE marks its 11th edition this year, the HKTDC aims to fully capitalise on the platform's strengths and Hong Kong's "super-connector" role to link the industry with global partners, enabling Hong Kong fashion and design to expand its reach and shine on the world stage.

All public exhibitions under the 3rd Hong Kong Fashion Fest are open to the public for free. Fashion Industry practitioners and fashion enthusiasts are invited to experience the boundless creativity and vibrancy of the world-renowned "Pearl of the Orient".
