On January 29, the Conference on Optimizing the Business Environment 2023 in Jiangbei District was held at Jiangbei Administrative Service Center, aiming to create an optimal business environment zone.

Tong Tingwu, an entrepreneur from Jiangbei, planned to open a hot pot restaurant in Jiangbei. He knows from the Market Supervision and Administration of Jiangbei that the Jiangbei Government Affairs Service Center has a 24-hour intelligent service terminal.

Tong said in less than one minute, he completed the registration and obtained the business license.

By clicking “Start Processing,” filling out the form, and completing face detection and confirmation, the system will conduct anthropomorphic verification of the legal compliance of data information and application materials. 

The applicant can obtain a paper business license on the spot by registering individual industrial and commercial enterprises with complete materials that meet the requirements.

This is Chongqing’s first self-service intelligent service terminal for individual industrial and commercial enterprises. 

Electronic submission of tender reduces the financial burden
