Chongqing- In the new year, Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality will implement five action plans for investment promotion as the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle was regarded as the primary task of the city. 

According to the Chongqing Investment Promotion Bureau, Chongqing will work on five aspects: integrated upgrading, planning demonstration, targeted investment, service efficiency, and capacity enhancement.

In detail, Chongqing will use the platform to coordinate investment promotion in regional cooperation and explore innovative measures in urban linkage. 

Through planning industrial investment and preparing plans of demonstration projects, major projects will be implemented to cultivate strategic emerging industries and lay out future initiatives in a forward-looking manner.

As a strong automotive industry base in China, Chongqing has to promote investment in a world-class industry cluster of intelligent connected and new energy vehicles, so as to build a group of leading domestic enterprises and brands with global influence. 

Moreover, Chongqing strives to create an integrated development environment of industry, science, and finance. The city will also enhance the brand influence of investing in Chongqing and promote innovative practices. 

For example, In 2023, Liangjiang New Area will introduce a number of leading enterprises and projects with development prospects, high industrial aggregation, and strong driving capabilities and improve the stability and competitiveness of the industrial chain and supply chain.
