Chongqing - The 2023 Chongqing Summer Travel Season and Changshou Lake Water Carnival officially commenced on June 14th.

This summer, the Changshou Lake Scenic Area will highlight the "Summer Water Carnival" as its Water Fun World opens and becomes a good destination for graduation season and family outings.

The Water Fun World is an integrated water amusement park that combines entertainment, leisure, fitness, and wellness. Located at the Changshou Lake Tourist Resort Camp Base, it spans a total construction area of approximately 8,000 square meters.

The park offers a variety of attractions, including plank walks, water challenge pools, adult and children's swimming pools, fish pedicures, high diving platforms, and more.

With over twenty unique activities, such as dynamic motorboats, jet skis, speedboats, luxury yachts, paddle boats, musical bumper boats, shark boats, water skis, and water sofas, visitors can experience thrilling excitement and enjoy the water to the fullest. Also, this park features various facilities, like canoes, dragon boats, and rafts.

On June 16-17, a music festival will take place, offering unforgettable experiences such as live performances by renowned bands, fireworks displays, and interaction with DJs. Additionally, on June 17th, the 2nd Chongqing China-Hungary Kayaking Invitational Tournament will kick off in Changshou District, providing a visual feast for the audience. Furthermore, on June 18th, the 3rd Dragon Boat Open Race will commence in the Changshou Lake Scenic Area, showcasing a fierce competition that combines speed, skill, and strategic thinking.

As the critical highlight of the summer tourism season in Changshou District, the Changshou Lake Water Carnival focuses on the theme of "Sports and Health," creating a new and rejuvenating travel experience for visitors.
