Chongqing - Chongqing Lianglu Cuntan Comprehensive Bonded Zone (CBZ) in Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area introduced two significant centers, the Intelligent Computing Center and the Corporate Service Center, marking a new chapter in the zone's commitment to serving enterprises.

The Intelligent Computing Center aligns with Chongqing's development path, focusing on constructing the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor (ILSTC) and digitization.

By utilizing cloud resources efficiently, the center meets green and low-carbon requirements. It provides distributed computing services for general needs and centralized computing services to meet specific demands.

The center's services are multifaceted. Firstly, it offers computing power services to enterprises by enhancing core functions, such as computing service, resource allocation, and digital empowerment. This expands the user base, provides richer services, and enables intelligent business responses.

Secondly, it delivers personalized and cost-effective computing solutions for enterprise digital transformation, industrial empowerment, and sector-specific integration.

Lastly, it organizes symposiums, industry salons, and digital transformation training activities to foster deep integration of computing power with industries. It encourages diverse application scenarios, such as "computing power + manufacturing," "computing power +trade," and "computing power + technology." The center contributes to the comprehensive development and empowerment of Guoyuan Port by providing high-performance computing power services to companies in the bonded area and along the ILSTC. 

The establishment of the Corporate Service Center is a significant milestone in improving the business environment of the Lianglu Guoyuan Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone. It serves as an integral service platform offering policy services, government affairs services, production and operation services, living support services, and corporate exchanges. "We will provide efficient services to empower enterprise development based on this platform," said Wang Duanping, the General Manager of Chongqing Bonded Area Development Group.

The Corporate Service Center boasts three key characteristics. Firstly, it operates through an integral mode, providing both online and offline services simultaneously. Secondly, it offers a one-stop service hosting ten governmental offices, including customs, tax, industry and commerce, and court. Lastly, it operates with a 24-hour, non-stop service, providing round-the-clock counseling and guidance.

In recent years, Lianglu Guoyuan Port Comprehensive Zone has prioritized building a favorable business environment and continually improving services for enterprises. Efforts have been made in the bonded area, such as creating a conducive environment, attracting investments, initiating projects, and enhancing services. These endeavors aim to optimize the business environment further.

"We are confident that the bonded area can establish the digital economy hub. We will strengthen collaboration with other innovative enterprises settled here to build chains of innovation, industry, and value for the digital economy," said Lyu Jiaping, the General Manager of a major innovative enterprise settled in the bonded area.

To date, the bonded zone has attracted over 4,600 registered enterprises, achieving an import and export value of 187.1 billion yuan (about 26 billion U.S. dollars). Moving forward, the bonded area will continue to enhance enterprise services, provide a sound business environment, and offer robust support for developing enterprises in Chongqing.
