Established in 1957, the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University has a rich history, originating from the former Shanghai First Medical College (now Shanghai Medical College Fudan University). The attending doctor at the outpatient department can schedule your next follow-up appointment from their workstation.

7. Same-day Time Slot Appointment

On the day of your visit, you can make an appointment for a specific time slot using the “重医一院” (ID: hospital-cqmu_srv) WeChat official account or the self-service machines.

Information and Procedures for Appointments:

For all appointment methods, provide the patient’s ID and mobile number. Obtain the appointment number and make payment on the appointment day at self-service machines or registration fee windows on the 2nd to 5th floors, presenting valid identification documents.

Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Cancel appointments one day in advance for unforeseen circumstances. Failure to cancel may result in suspension of appointment-making ability for three months after two accumulated no-shows in 3 months. Special reminders include potential rescheduling if the scheduled doctor is unavailable and the implementation of appointment-based visits for non-emergency cases.
