Chongqing—On December 15, the Africa China Cooperation Association for Development (ACCAD) hosted an investment matchmaking event connecting Moroccan and Chinese businesses in Chongqing. Key participants included the Western China International Communication Organization (WCICO), local enterprises, and ACCAD President Dr. Nasser Bouchiba.

In August, WCICO joined Chongqing businesses in a visit to Morocco, reporting on their efforts to explore opportunities. WCICO has expressed interest in establishing a liaison office in Morocco to foster trade, culture, and communication collaboration.

During his visit to Chongqing, Dr. Bouchiba updated potential investors on ongoing projects and highlighted Morocco’s investor-friendly policies, drawing increasing interest from Chinese businesses. With 15 years of experience fostering Sino-Moroccan trade, he offered insights.
