WTT Chongqing Champions 2025 to Kick Off on March 11

Chongqing - The (World Table Tennis (WTT) Chongqing Champions 2025 will be held from March 11 to March 16 in Ba'nan District, Chongqing, according to Friday's press conference.

In 2024, with strong support from the Chinese Table Tennis Association and the Chongqing Municipal Sports Bureau, Ba'nan District successfully secured the hosting rights for the WTT Champions tournament from 2024 to 2028. 

The inaugural event garnered over 2 billion online impressions, welcomed more than 75,000 spectators, and drew significant attention from domestic and international media and fans. WTT Chongqing Champions 2025 will once again take center stage in Ba'nan, running from March 11 to 16 at the Huaxi International Sports and Cultural Center. The six-day tournament will feature men's and women's singles events, with a total of 62 matches and 32 top-ranked male and female players competing.

Notably, this year's championship tickets will be sold online, tentatively beginning on February 18. Prices will range from 68 to 1,388 yuan; official details are available on the event's website. Fans are encouraged to stay tuned and secure their tickets via Damai as soon as possible.

More than 200 professionally trained volunteers will also be on hand to assist with language translation, event guidance, and crowd management, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
