Chongqing – Two months ago, the United States announced a 25% tariff hike on Mexican goods, but later postponed its implementation, sending mixed signals. 

Mexico is China's second-largest trading partner in Latin America. Against the backdrop of tightening global geopolitical tensions, can the model of Chinese manufacturing reaching the U.S. via Mexico continue? Victor Cadena, Executive Vice President of the China-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and a key insider deeply involved in China-Mexico economic and trade relations, offered his assessment.
