Chongqing - On Feb.24th 2019, the 1st episode of Navigating the Hills of Chongqing themed as Chongqing tourism guide released on CGTN Travelogue. Through the featured angle of transportation, CGTN has explored Chongqing’s culture, history, and development of transportation to showcase this unique city. This film has gained favorable comments in China and overseas.

From October 24th to November 3rd, 2018, the crews went shooting day and night. They made great efforts on filming successively in Jiefangbei CBD, Hongyadong, Qiansimen Bridge, Shancheng Alley, Crown Grande Escalator, Liziba Subway Station, E`ling Park (TESTBED 2), Yangtze River Cableway, Nanbin Road, Chongqing Hot Pot Museum, etc. The 1st episode of series of Chongqing is Transportation was completed and broadcast on February 24th and the second episode Life to be aired on March 3rd, 2019.

CGTN has made a special trip to Chongqing to shoot the Chongqing for Travelogue, a popular travel TV program by CGTN. The program plans to produce a six-episode series of the cultural tourism feature film "Chongqing", which mainly introduces the city's profound history and culture, unique local lifestyles, high-quality tourism resources and city’s change, and development. All production will be completed in 2019.

The second episode will feature with "Life" as its theme. They had visited Nanshan Hot Pot, 9th Streets, Guanyinqiao Square for shooting. Moreover, local people in Chongqing showed their great enthusiasm in the film. The third to sixth episodes are expected to be completed in this year and designed to represent a three-dimensional Chongqing from more angles.
