On August 5, the plans to move Chongqing Industrial Big Data Manufacturing Innovation Center to Caijiagang Subdistrict, Beibei District was announced. The Center has become one of the first batches of Chongqing’s manufacturing innovation centers recognized in 2019 and will have a positive impact on the quality development of industrial enterprises in the city.

The Asia No.1 Smart Logistics Center in Chongqing 

The Center was one of the projects signed at the 2018 Smart China Expo between Beibei District and CASICloud-Tech Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. It was established in the form of a company alliance, and CASICloud took the lead in the construction and operation of the center together with the independent legal entities jointly invested by the participating units. Under the guidance of Beibei District, the alliance was formed by gathering colleges and universities, research institutes and supporting service providers as member units and thus building an exchange platform for the government, enterprises, institutes and colleges and universities.

Relying on the technical advantage of CASICloud in industrial big data and targeting the vital technical problems in integrating big data with manufacturing, the Center would take on the task of solving the bottleneck of big data development and promote their perfect integration on the strength of research breakthroughs in important generic technologies. In addition, an industrial big data public service platform and a digital asset management operation platform will be established to provide users with big data application, industrial app development, and other services, and support users in product improvement and product innovation, thus facilitating the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises and the construction of a smart city.
