To shoulder the responsibility of the times, people in Rongchang have made a strategic choice: planning the construction of Rongchang with the overall picture of Chengdu and Chongqing in mind, serving Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle by revitalizing Rongchang, and building Rongchang into a significant driver of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

To promote the building of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle means shaping a multi-center new layout of regional coordinated development. "Rongchang will work to shore up weak links in infrastructure.
