The 12^th Wushan International Red Leaf Festival (abbreviated as WIRLF below) will be held in Wushan Three Gorges on 16 Nov., 2018, according to the organizing committee. With the new theme of Red Leaf in Three Gorges, Beautiful China, WIRLF is designed as a significant brand for Yangtze River tourism in order to improve the reputation in worldwide. WIRLF will combine the travel resources of Wushan, Fengjie, Wuxi, and Chengkou to exploit the advantage of red leaves’ scenes.

Red leaves in Three Gorges

This festival will be held in the duration of 16 Nov. to 31 Dec., the opening ceremony will be held in the sports center of Wushan. Fengjie, Wuxi, and Chengkou will promote the selected travel routes to build Three Gorges tourism brand in order to make a success in WIRLF.

This festival will bring a series of activities including the opening ceremony, the 3^rd Red Leaf Vow themed event, the biological brand meeting, To Travel Yangtze River Again, Back to Three Gorges global promotion activity, Folk Songs from Three Gorges, and etc.,

The mascot of the festival is a red leaf elf, it would tell the story of Wushan to make tourists understand Wushan’s scenic spots and history.
