Yubei has introduced 94 major business invitation projects, with contracted investment amounting to 87 billion yuan (about USD 13.23 billion) from January to September this year.

Among them, 16 are newly signed commercial and trade projects (including municipal projects) with a total contracted 3.79 billion yuan investment.

Specifically, Wanbang New Energy Vehicle Exhibition and Sales Center, North International Listed Enterprise Headquarters in Southwest China, Zhong'an Petrochemical, Huachebang Smart Logistics Industrial Cluster Service Platform, and other major commercial and trade projects are expected to achieve an annual output of 10.85 billion yuan.
