Chongqing – On April 25^th, the “Heart of Ocean” Promotion Conference was held in Chongqing. The “Heart of the Ocean” is a project constructed by Romandisea Seven Star International Cultural Tourism Resort in Daying County of Sichuan Province and will start its trial operation on April 28^th. It invites people from Chongqing and the world to travel there and experience the first performance center amusement project on water in the world.

With the total investment of RMB 10 billion yuan and covering a planned area of over 10,000 mu, Romandisea Seven Star International Cultural Tourism Resort in Daying County of Sichuan Province is an international culture and tourism resort and world-class tourist attraction with multiple elements built by Seven Star Energy Investment Group with a world-class team. The first phase includes three key projects namely “Titanic”, “Heart of the Ocean”, and “Life Park”.  There is an indoor “Sleepless Carnival City” that centers on art performances. Meanwhile, there are water amusement projects, e-sports, restaurants, and hotels.

“Heart of the Ocean” is a European-style architecture with a 20,000-square-meter sky-like dome. There are an indoor laser-projection show, a unique indoor game competition, a shell-shaped stage that can open and close freely with the LED screen as its background, and fabulous theme shows going on days and nights inside. At the same time, it is equipped with water amusement equipment like a surfing pool, water slides, and so forth.

According to the introduction, the immersive show Eternal Love under the theme of Titanic will also be staged during the trial operation. This show is created with the background of the sinking of the Titanic. The most intriguing part of the show is the immersive experience that will be brought to audiences. Audiences’ feeling of being surrounded by the ocean will be magnified by equipment like laser projection, lights, high-quality sound equipment, wave-making equipment, and so forth. The creative spinning stage on the water will also augment the immersive feeling.

“Heart of the Ocean” is one project of the first phase. At present, a gigantic replica of the Titanic is under construction. Visitors will be able to revisit the real setting of the original Titanic.

Qin Dingbo, the Deputy Chief of Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism, delivered a speech at the promotion event. He hoped that Chongqing and Daying will enforce cooperation in culture and tourism and push forward the development of the culture and tourism industry of the two places together.
